Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the setup and operational launch of our first U.S. office in New York. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring a smooth office opening, supporting the company’s expansion into the U.S. market.

Job responsibilities

Office Setup & Logistics – Oversee facility selection, furnishing, and operational readiness.

Vendor & Contract Management – Coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and office contractors.

Administrative Support – Handle documentation, legal requirements, and licensing procedures.

Team Coordination – Support hiring efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for employees.

Operations & Compliance – Maintain office efficiency and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Job requirements

Experience – 3+ years in office management, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in a startup or tech environment.

Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee logistics efficiently.

Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.

Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Legal & Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with U.S. business regulations is a plus.
