We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences for XION MetaBank. You will play a key role in designing Web3 banking interfaces, ensuring users can easily navigate and interact with our decentralized financial ecosystem.
Job responsibilities
Design & Prototype – Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes for Web3 banking solutions.
User Experience Optimization – Ensure intuitive navigation, accessibility, and seamless interactions across all platforms.
Brand & Visual Identity – Maintain and evolve the brand’s design system for consistency and innovation.
User Research & Testing – Conduct user research and testing to enhance usability and engagement.
Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier designs.
Job requirements
Experience – 2+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or Web3 projects.
Tools – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Design Thinking – Strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and accessibility.
Creativity & Attention to Detail – Ability to create visually compelling yet functional designs.
Collaboration Skills – Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), or Web3 principles.
