Today we’re officially launching the XION MetaBank Blog - a space dedicated to radical transparency in how a new financial system is designed, tested, and brought to life.

This isn’t about hype. It’s about honesty. Think of it as a construction log - updated every two weeks - where we’ll share not only the features we’re adding, but the reasoning, debates, and even the obstacles along the way. Because creating MetaBank is not a press release. It’s a real build, brick by brick.

Why start now?
Because MetaBank has crossed the line from vision into reality. Our architecture is laid out. Foundational documents, frameworks, insurance modules, and tech integrations are already in development or pilot stage. Every day, new layers are added, and we want you right there with us as it happens.

XION MetaBank isn’t something you’ll simply download or buy. It’s a living cognitive ecosystem. This blog is our way of inviting you closer - as a supporter, stakeholder, and early adopter - to witness the journey and take part in it.

This website is operated by XION Cognitive Ecosystem LLC (formerly REITX LLC), a holding structure that integrates multiple companies to build a global ecosystem. Please note that the entire project, including all of its modules, is currently under development. No services are being offered to clients at this stage. In particular, XION MetaBank remains in a development and authorization phase. We are actively working to obtain the necessary Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) license and the associated card-issuing authorizations, which will enable us to serve clients only once those licenses have been granted. Until such time, XION MetaBank does not provide any financial or banking services.Another core module, XION Network, is also in development. This initiative is based on proprietary research and aims to reshape existing Web3 and blockchain-based infrastructures, making them more democratic, faster, more cost-efficient, and more transparent. XION Network will only be launched after the appropriate Web3-level regulatory approvals are obtained - for example, MiCA authorization within the European Union. Our guiding principle is full regulatory synergy - both internationally and locally. Although our project seeks not to extend existing financial systems but to fundamentally redefine and evolve them, we are committed to 100% compliance with all applicable laws and supervisory frameworks.
